Synchronized control of a three-column lifting table
Three screw columns, one rigid platform, 36 t capacity: PLC and safety software on Siemens ET 200SP F, axis synchronization and remote commissioning.
Project detailsPLC programming and custom control software development. Siemens SIMATIC is my home turf; for fifteen years I have been commissioning machines and lines across the Czech Republic and abroad.
About
My name is Michal Milinovský and for fifteen years I have been developing control software for industrial automation under the MiliSoft brand. My core platform is Siemens SIMATIC – TIA Portal, S7-1500 and the older S7-300.
There is no salesperson and no project manager. You talk directly to the person who will write your code and come to commission it. The downside is that I cannot run ten jobs at once – the upside is that nothing gets lost in translation.
What I offer
Control software for machines and production lines, from architecture design to handover. Structured code split into blocks that make sense even to someone who did not write them.
My core platform. TIA Portal, S7-1500, legacy S7-300, Profinet and Profibus communication, drives and safety functions.
Moving from S7-300 to S7-1500, including rewriting STL into SCL. A machine you can no longer buy spare parts for can keep running on current hardware.
Operator panels and visualisation that the crew can navigate at three in the morning. Clear alarms, readable diagnostics, no guesswork.
Your supplier quit, disappeared, or you simply cannot agree. I will assess the state of the software and tell you straight whether it is worth continuing or rewriting.
Root-cause analysis, fixes to existing code, and documentation your own maintenance team can actually read. Many issues I resolve remotely, with no waiting for a site visit.
